Downtown Dough is a locally-based cookie business in the heart of the Capital Region, specializing in large, gooey, stuffed cookies made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Based in Albany, each of our cookies weighs nearly 8 oz. and is bursting with flavor. We take pride in supporting local producers—our eggs come from Berne, our butter from Ancramdale, and our extracts are made right in Schenectady.

How To Order
Each week, Downtown Dough will be posting a cookie drop on our social media accounts. We will give at least a 24-hour heads up before each drop on our social media profiles. We recommend turning your post notifications on with both Facebook and Instagram. Once we drop the cookies, we we recommend going online ASAP to purchase this week’s special flavor box. Cookies are known to sell out fast, so we recommend being as quick as possible to snag the goods!
Pick-up will be available at three locations: Schenectady, Albany and Clifton Park. Delivery is available within 10 miles of Guilderland for an additional cost. We also offer nationwide shipping for a flat rate of $12.99.

Our cookies come in 6 different flavors each week. Each box will include the six flavors. Sorry, we aren’t offering substitutions at this time. We love hearing new flavor suggestions, feel free to email us any suggestions you may have or what you want to see on the menu next week.
Each cookie is crunchy on the outside and gooey in the middle. They are not raw and completely safe to eat. We recommend heating each cookie in the microwave for 10-20 seconds to best enjoy.
We recommend freezing after 7 days to maintain freshness of each cookie. They are made from scratch, a day prior to delivery.
